Maggie May’s Gifts started as a handmade gift company with a blog on the side. I quickly realized I was having more fun sharing my ideas and projects so I decided to focus solely on the blog.
I love coming up with useful ideas, DIY projects, and healthy recipes. My hope in sharing is to entertain, encourage and maybe solve a problem for someone someday. With ideas for repurposing old items, projects to do with kids, and home decorating tips, you are sure to find something you can use.
I decided to do this blog because I believe that we are meant to be doing the things that bring us joy. We all have passions and one of the greatest joys in life is pursuing, enjoying, and sharing them.

Hi! I remember you had a question about moving from WordPress.com to WordPress.org. I just did a post on it that you may be interested in. Unfortunately, one of the down sides about this move is that my WordPress.com followers are not getting my posts right away in their Readers. I’ve taken this up with WordPress Support, and they said it’s just a delay in getting the feeds. Can’t really do anything about it. So here’s the link to the post, and hopefully it will help you in making the decision.
